I reteach HUMANNESS through leadership development, JEDI/DEI, communication and community building, and program development. My background in education and DEI work allows me the opportunity to focus on development implementation and demonstrate creative leadership to foster team synergy and project management based on organizational priorities.
Having lived abroad for almost a decade and traveled to 40+ countries, I have different views on culture and identity that can be repurposed in any arena.

My Roots
I am a woman who lives a life of purposeful integrity. As a Denver Native, I grew up in a neighborhood that promoted the nurturing of community, a belief in collaboration, and placed a large input in expression and creativity. I have an excellent track record of creating and leveraging existing research and data to improve processes and systems. My expertise in business and educational development created partnerships with Fortune 500 and 100 companies as well as Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) who secured contracts globally.
All of these experiences and skills have allowed me to develop a platform that builds upon the use of connectivity, creativity, and community in business and beyond.
